Vince brings thirty years of experience to his practice areas of probate law, estate/trust administration, planning, guardianships/conservatorships, pre/postnuptial agreements and adoptions. Vince’s work experience includes both within a law firm setting and the courthouse. Most recently Vince served his community of Colorado Springs as Probate Court Magistrate for the 4th Judicial District. Vince is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate challenging life and end of life circumstances.

For probate matters, guardianships, and conservatorships, it is essential to have an attorney who is familiar with the law and is comfortable in the courtroom. Vince enjoys being able to provide experienced representation for his clients and to be able to support them through an unfamiliar and sometimes overwhelming process.
